In 1978, Mindy became the first woman ordained as a blind singer.
As undergraduate music education, teachers insisted that he never carried choir. Many are pleased that he ignored them. With Mindy as a director, your local Sweet Adeline choir won first place in the regional division of small choir from 1994 to 1996.
An avid knitter who still teaches computing to people blind, Mindy says, "I like the introduction of technology for the blind and visually impaired people and see a renewed hope to fill their hearts and dreams."
"I work with older people who are losing vision," he continues, "I try to help them out of their depression and motivate them to learn the skills that enable them to enjoy their lives again. "
