Research leading to the arrest, deportation PELETIER – A collaborative effort by the county sheriff's detectives of the department, Emerald Isle Police Department investigators and the North Carolina Department of Probation and Parole led to the arrest of three people the night Wednesday and the deportation of someone who has been at large since 1995.
